Medical Profile

When signing up for TelePharma, patients are required to complete a series of forms and questionnaires asking about their health, just as they would in a regular clinic. Our licensed physicians and nurses then review and compile this data into personalized medical profiles that are used to provide patients with assistance.

This profile contains information from basic data points, such as weight and age, to more complex information, such as allergies and regular medications. It also contains other personalized information, such as assigned physicians and treatment plans.

Consultations

TelePharma patients will immediately have access to our network of physicians and nurses, available for scheduled consultations and check-ups through either voice or video chat whenever a patient requests one.

Patients will be able to manage their virtual appointments through the TelePharma dashboard, which provides users with a suite of tools to manage their appointments alongside their medical information.

Treatments

In addition to digital management of appointments and medication, TelePharma patients also have access to treatment and medicine management through the TelePharma dashboard.

In coordination with their assigned team of doctors, patients will be able to view, track, and monitor their prescribed treatments. Through push notifications and managerial features, TelePharma's intuitive dashboard ensures patients never miss a day of medication.
